Highlights
- Relocated and installed 6,550 feet of chilled water piping (ranging in size from 6 to 24 inches in diameter) and 12,245 feet of hot water piping (ranging in size from 3 inches to 16 inches in diameter), as well as numerous critical overnight building tie-ins for District Energy St. Paul.
- Subcontracted and managed the civil/excavation, electrical, insulation, and NDE (nondestructive examination) portions of the project.
- Met all milestones and completion dates.
