- Served as prime and mechanical contractor.

- Installed new, energy-efficient chillers and pumps.
- Added a cooling tower and chilled water pump (which provide chilled water that supports the hospital’s cooling needs) to increase the existing system’s output.
- Helped the hospital obtain Xcel Energy rebates for the chillers and pumps.
- Project completed on time and under budget.
